Q.1: What service will your company be able to provide?
A: As a manufacturer we produce all Leather products in our own factory. While some of our clients order the goods except Sports Bags, so we expand our business line and provide more choices to our clients.
Our service contents include:
1) Sports Apparel Manufacturing:
We accept customized type orders only. We don’t sell any ready-made garments and we also create patterns as per our customer’s designs. Customers don’t have to send any kind of samples but an original sample from customer to send for copy manufacturing would be a great job. All kinds of sports garments produced out from scratches start from ordering fabric, pattern making, trims and packing. All details are custom made as per customer’s request so every detail can be done as excellently as possible. We don’t provide the service for printing and embroidery separately. When customers provide their own blank apparel.
2) Garment Accessories Manufacturing:
We provide production service for garments related accessory. All are customized work. For any accessory you are interested to be custom made but they aren’t listed in our site then please do send your enquiries. We will let you know what best we can do for you.
NOTE: Some accessories are “OUTSOURCE”. We don’t produce them by ourselves.
Q.2: Where is your factory located?
A: Our factory is located in Jammu Road, Talwara Mughlan SIalkot-51310 Pakistan. Based from hundred years and due to its highest quality of sports products.
Q.3: How can we get an accurate price from your company as well as the production time for our order?
A: We request you to provide the basic information as given below:
- Your order quantity.
- Your size chart or we advise our available size chart for your confirmation. If you could let us know who is your consumer? Are they from America, Europe, Oceania, Africa or Asia?
- Fabric details, such as fabric content, weight, texture, feature etc.
- Garment design photo, drawing with descriptions or virtual sample photo will be fine.
- Logo information, accessories list, special workmanships and other basic information if you have. All details will be considered and will be taken into our cost estimation when we calculate the actual cost which helps us to offer you the accurate price.
Q.4: How can we get our products if we place an order with your factory?
A: It is very convenient for us to ship the goods to your designated port/custom airport. Our goods are shipped by all kinds of express companies and air shipping companies within a short time and with lowest shipping rate. Our most used express companies are DHL, UPS, FEDEX & TNT. Our shipments are supported by door to door services for which our customers can receive the goods in their work place instead of collecting the goods from the port.
Q.5: How will we know the quality you offer is the right one that we need?
A: When we receive your detailed order information, we will arrange the same quality or similar quality counterpart sample for your inspection before you decide to place us the order that is called "Reference Sample". Our available samples in our Factory are free of cost. We expect our customers to pay the shipping cost to receive the samples. To personally check the customized sample quality before placing the order we charge reasonable sampling fee. The fee will be refunded back when the order placed. Most importantly, once the counter sample we have made is rejected due to sewing quality or other problems. We will re-make it without any extra charge unless our customer approves to the end.
Beside reference sample, we can submit exact counter samples as requested in detailed specifications. Pre-production sample, during-production sample is also called bulk sample, shipment sample for our client's fully monitoring to the whole mass production.
Q.6: What will be the payment terms? How should we pay if we place an order?
A: Our price is based on FOB, CNF & CIF .
When we proceed mass production of your order the balance amount will be paid off after all goods are fully inspected and confirmed by our customer or the third party authorized.
